If Objects Could Speak / Si les objets pouvaient parler (dir. Luiza Parvu & Toma Peiu, Canada - Romania, 2018) will play at the 10th edition of the Oaxaca Film Festival in Mexico - October 4th - 10th, 2019. This will be the film’s North American premiere.

The Root Films - Kinomada co-production was selected to run in the official selection of the festival, in The New Industry competitive section.

The Oaxaca Film Festival is one of the most sought-after independent film events in North America, receiving around 8,000 - 10,000 individual film and screenplay submissions every year.

Short, documentary, 27 min Objects in an antique shop in Québec tell a story about the present of artisan culture in the city and beyond.
