If Objects Could Speak / Si les objets pouvaient parler (dir. Luiza Parvu, Toma Peiu, Canada-Romania, 2018) will have its South American premiere in the Best Documentary Short competition, at the upcoming Inca Imperial Film Festival in Lima, Peru (May 16th - 19th, 2019).
If Objects Could Speak / Si les objets pouvaient parler is produced by Luiza Parvu and Toma Peiu Root Films (ROU) and Yannick Nolin for Kinomada (CAN). It was shot and edited by Luiza Parvu, with location sound recording and screenwriting by Toma Peiu, and narration and script consulting by Joanie Lehoux. The footage was produced at the July 2017 Kinomada gathering of French speaking filmmakers in North America, in Ville de Quebec.
The Inca Imperial Film Festival, now in its fourth edition, lines up short films from five continents, in six competitive sections. The documentary film competition includes seven titles.
